  • 問題が発生するまでの操作

パスワード、クレジットカード番号、交通系ICカードの利用情報などの機密情報は 送信しないでください。通常、受信後7日以内を目安に返信します。

よくある質問

カメラが起動しない、またはOCRの撮影ボタンを押せません

iOSの「設定」からCodeScopeXのカメラ権限が有効になっていることを確認してください。 アプリをバックグラウンドへ移動してから再度開くか、スキャン画面の再試行操作で 改善する場合があります。

商品コードを読み取っても商品が見つかりません

CodeScopeXは複数の公開データベースを検索しますが、すべての商品が登録されている わけではありません。コードを手動入力するか、商品名や型番による外部検索を お試しください。

NFCカードの詳しい情報を読み取れません

CodeScopeXのNFC機能は、対応タグの技術情報と公開識別情報の確認に限定されています。 交通系ICカードの残高・利用履歴、クレジットカードの決済情報、入館カードの権限、 暗号化された領域は読み取りません。

履歴やメモを削除できますか

履歴画面から個別に編集・削除できます。設定からすべての履歴を削除することも できます。

To help us investigate an issue, please include only the information needed:

  • iPhone model
  • iOS version
  • CodeScopeX version
  • Feature being used, such as barcode, QR code, OCR, or NFC
  • Error message displayed
  • Steps that led to the issue

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, transit card usage information, or other sensitive information. We generally aim to reply within seven days.

Frequently Asked Questions

The camera does not start, or the OCR capture button is unavailable

Confirm that camera access for CodeScopeX is enabled in iOS Settings. Moving the app to the background and reopening it, or using the retry option on the scan screen, may restore the camera.

No product is found after scanning a product code

CodeScopeX searches multiple public databases, but not every product is listed. Try entering the code manually or use an external search with the product name or model number.

Why can’t CodeScopeX read detailed information from my NFC card?

NFC support is limited to supported tag technology and publicly readable identifiers. CodeScopeX does not read transit card balances or usage history, payment information, building-access permissions, or encrypted areas.

Can I delete my history and notes?

You can edit or delete individual records from the History screen. You can also delete all history from Settings.
